Public Spaces

It's fun (for a very specific definition of “fun”) to try and balance everything around giving this employee what they want. How do we make it equitable for everyone? Who all would want this sort of benefit? (Who would consider it a benefit? Not me!) Should our organization just allocate space in one of our actual office buildings for staff again? So many question marks.

I agree 100% – “A public space like a park is one of the greatest things we've invented as a species.”

Kind of an homage of what we (humans) are capable of, and can offer one another if we (as you said): “Don't ruin the experience for other people.”

I hope the employee gets their public office space approved :)
